Good housing is an important part of a good community and landlords have an important role to play.

If you are a landlord of smaller rental properties, we want to help!
Come to this event to get information on free resources in the community that can help you keep your property maintained, keep good tenants, and keep more money in your pockets!

We will help you find out:
>> Where to direct tenants if they need help with paying rent
>> How to get free energy assessments and upgrades to benefit you and your tenants
>> How to get help renovating your property
>> How to avoid the costs and stress of eviction actions

An industry representative will be on hand to talk with you one-to-one about your insurance questions.

Sponsored by Councilmember Jane Prince, Saint Paul Public Library, Heading Home Ramsey, Dispute Resolution Center, Ramsey and Washington County Energy Assistance Program, City of St. Paul Rental Rehab Program, Community Members

The Saint Paul Planning Commission seeks applications from interested residents, employees, and business interests to serve on its Transportation Committee. There are at least four openings being filled: two immediate, and two in August 2019. You should either live or work in Saint Paul, have an interest in transportation issues, and generally be available for meetings that occur every-other Monday from 4:30-6:00 p.m. in City offices.
Click here to apply for the Transportation Committee.
Applications will be reviewed starting February 1. (SUPC note: apply even if you've missed the date!)
The Saint Paul Transportation Committee is a 12-member committee that shapes City, County, and State transportation plans and projects located in Saint Paul to ensure they further City goals and improve quality of life for all. We seek a variety of backgrounds and perspectives – transportation expertise is not a requirement. More information on the Saint Paul Transportation Committee can be found here:
https://www.stpaul.gov/departments/planningeconomicdevelopment/planning/planning-commission/transportation-committee
Questions can be directed to:
City Planner Bill Dermody at 651-266-6617 or Bill.Dermody@ci.stpaul.mn.us.

Dale Street Bridge Project Updates

1/25/2019

It was a full house at the Rondo Community Library as we discussed the Dale Street Bridge Project. So much hard work has been done over the past few years to ensure that this project is shaped by the community.
Ramsey County provided project updates, the City of Saint Paul shared news that they would not be assessing neighbors along Dale for construction related costs, and our team of community artists unveiled their vision to bring beauty and hope to this bridge.

As always, there's more to come and more work to be done, but we are all doing it together!
