City Moves is a free summer program providing recreational activities to youth and adults at schools and parks across Saint Paul. All activities are drop-in and no pre-registration is required.
Safe Summer Nights are free public events featuring food, kids activities, and ample opportunities to meet your local Saint Paul police officers, including members of the horse and K9 units. Safe Summer Nights barbecues are held from 5pm to 7pm every Thursday evening through August 30 at parks and recreation centers across Saint Paul.

Fitness in the Parks is a free outdoor exercise program that brings a variety of fitness activities to many of Saint Paul’s beautiful parks. Getting started is easy. Just pick a class you like and show up! There is no registration required and classes are open to all fitness levels. All ages welcome and no experience is necessary.
Summit University locations include Carty Park (705 Iglehart Ave.), and Boyd Park (335 Selby Ave.). Visit stpaul.gov/fitnessintheparks for a full list of locations and times. Roaming Recreation brings outdoor summer fun to your neighborhood! Roaming Rec is a free youth program offering athletic programs, arts and crafts, and other organized activities led by Saint Paul's fun and energetic Recreation in Motion team. Snacks will be served at each session.
STOP BY CARTY PARK (705 IGLEHART AVE.) ON TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS FROM 4:30-7:30PM JUNE 18-AUGUST 16 FOR ROAMING RECREATION! Join us for an evening of outdoor activities and a movie under the stars!
