The Center for Urban & Regional Affairs - CURA is hosting a Neighborhood Leadership Training for People of Color and Indigenous People June 20.
The training is open to People of Color and Indigenous who want to join their neighborhood board and create local change so they are prepared to run at their neighborhood association or district council annual meeting elections, or want to inquire about board vacancies in their community. District 8/ Summit-University's elections are coming up soon, and we have vacancies right now for people who may want to join this community board by petition. Call 651-228-1855 for more information.
