Parks and Recreation Fall Programs

Parent & Tot Play Time
Oxford/Jimmy Lee Rec Center
Thursdays, 10am-11am | Free

Tot time is an unstructured playtime in the Jimmy Lee gym for children 5 years or younger and their caregivers. Tumbling mats, balls, rockers, trucks, and other equipment is provided. Children must supervised by an adult at all times. No registration necessary.

Youth Winter Basketball Registration
Youth winter basketball registration is going on now for ages 7 and up. Call Oxford/Jimmy Lee Rec Center at (651) 642-0650 or MLK Rec Center at (651) 290-8695 to register.

Basketball Camp
Oxford/Jimmy Lee Rec Center
September 30, 12pm-2pm | Free | Ages 6-14
Free basketball camp featuring the head coach of the Midwest Basketball League and Central High School varsity players. Call Oxford/Jimmy Lee Recreation Center at (651) 642-0650 to register.


Fall MEA Break Programs
Looking for something fun for the kids to do while school is out? Check out these fun programs at our local rec centers!

All-Day Program
Oxford/Jimmy Lee Rec Center 

October 19-20, 8:30am-5pm | $10 | Ages 6-12
Activities include swimming, cooking, field trips, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and more. Children
should bring a bag lunch, sneakers, and a swimsuit and towel each day. Call (651) 642-0650 to register.


Fall Blast
MLK Rec Center
October 19-20, 1pm-4pm | Free | Ages 6-12

Activities include cooking, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and more
. Call (651) 290-8695 to register.

Teen Halloween Dance
MLK Rec Center
Friday, October 27, 6pm-8pm | $5 | Grades 6, 7 & 8
Put on your best costume and celebrate Halloween at MLK Rec Center! Concessions will be sold. Proceeds benefit MLK Booster Club. Masks and weapons not permitted.
