One of the Twin Cities' longest running open mic has found a new home, a new time slot and new energy! As of January 2020, Re-Verb Open Mic will be in the Canteen at Hallie Q. Brown Community Center every Thursday from 7-9p with the list going out at 6:30p sharp.
Re-Verb Open Mic is a free, all ages, weekly open mic presented by Truartspeaks in partnership wit Hallie Q. Brown Community Center. Hosted by Fatima Camara, #ReVerb provides a structured environment for artists to share work, receive feedback on their presentation and develop a sense of community through dialogue, exchange and shared experience on a regular basis. Additionally, we offer a free all ages writing circle every first Thursday from 5:30-6:30p. For more information or questions, please email [email protected]
